Charlotte Pointeaux is a Certified Cycle and Feminine Embodiment Coach, Menstrual Educator, Shamanic womb guide, Host of the Wild Flow podcast and Founder of First Moon Circles.
Charlotte guides women and people with cycles to understand and honour their menstrual cycle, so they can live, love and work in sync with their menstrual cycle, instead of fearing and fighting against it.
Charlotte shares tips on cyclical living, cycle self-care, and rite of passage healing, and is on a mission to heal menstrual shame and normalise respect for periods in families, schools, and communities.
Charlotte is a three-time Finalist in the Beautiful You Coaching Awards including International Coach of the Year 2021-22.
As Founder and Program Director of the First Moon Circle® Facilitator Training, Charlotte leads a globally-recognised program which trains practitioners to facilitate their own holistic menstrual education and rite of passage First Moon Circles® celebrations for girls and non-binary children, so they may embrace their changing bodies, menstrual cycles, and know their inherent worth as cyclical beings.
